If you're thinking of adding an aromatherapy element to your massage, this is the place to learn and explore.
Essential oils are fascinating in that their constituents vibrate on different frequencies, just as our human bodies do. Normal things that we do (even eat) throughout the day can raise or lower our normal frequency. If our frequency becomes too low, we are more likely to become sick.
Essential oils vibrate at varying frequencies; some high, some low, all beneficial. Because of the unique constituents of each essential oil, their functions differ.
Listed below are some popular oils used and their functions. If you feel drawn to a certain oil, or several oils, let me know and we can add them to your session.
